After 25 years Blue Top Farm is closing.  It's been fun.  The boarding operation will shut down by the end of 2026.  As the boarders leave we will be selling off the equipment, the Courtyard Barns, the fencing, and everything else.  Our goal is to sell or repurpose as much as  possible to keep it from the landfill.   

While we deconstruct the farm, the riding pavilion will be available to haul-in riders and we will be happy to host riding clinics.  The calendar on the website will be kept up to date with any events in the pavilion.

The riding arena is an 80 x 200 foot covered pavilion with an attached 60 x 60 foot warm-up area.  The dust free footing is sand & rubber crumble and groomed regularly. The schooling standards and the poles are stored in the ring and set up as needed.

The 10 acre field is kept mowed for riding. There is a short system of groomed trails in the our woods plus lanes between the paddocks. The driveway is a 1/3-mile loop which can be used for riding.
